We
aim to provide a service which eliminates any effort to be carried out by our customers. This includes a reminder each time their filter is up for renewal, and little maintenance as far as the filter goes as an option is available to come and replace them ourselves. We will also be happy to answer any calls and problems, if any, they will be dealt with promptly.

NWC
has built its business around customer needs and takes pride in adding that 'personal touch', in effect becoming more of a friend to the customer rather than just a company.

We believe that what separates us from our competitors is the superb service and relationship we have with our customers, which they quote is

About Us


Northampton Water Company (
NWC) was established by John Mawby over 18 years ago as a sole trader. Unfortunately he experienced an early death back in 2002, leaving his wife to look after the business until her son was of age to take the reigns. Her son, Richard Mawby, now holds sole ownership of NWC.

Richard's personal experience with
NWC began when his father was still alive. He taught him how to fit filters, and even introduced him to some of the customers. He enjoys visiting them as their renewals are due and loves to have a friendly conversation over a glass of refreshing filtered water. All in all it is something he enjoys doing.
